My CDI box has 12 wires and I believe it is a 90-95 also my stator has 7 wires please any help is much appreciated a CDI box wiring diagram with wire description particularly would be awesome. Thanks. The orange wire out of CDI is still constant ground.
I don't know if this is being caused by A) the CDI itself or B) one of the inputs (clutch switch, neutral or ignition cutout relays?) to the CDI. Is there a way to test the CDI itself? The pulse generator and pickup coil seemed to test within spec for Ohms. I have an 01 raptor 660r , the CDI box on it has 3 connectors , 2 of them have more than 4 wires going into it , but 1 just has one wire ( green with a yellow stripe ) going into it.

cdi apprentice, CDI box is it worth it changing it. - Blue Traxx Forum Changed the cdi Due to not having power on the orange wire. New cdi has the same issue. No power on the orange wire to the coil. Checked all the grounds and the harness and still no spark. I'm at a loss with this quad now.
It's a 87 Warrior 350. It turns over just fine. Just no power out of cdi in the orange wire to coil.
